It was with Cassie that I really learnt all about dog showing and trimming of the show cocker. She was very successful at Open shows with numerous Best Of Breeds, Group placing's and Reserve Best In Show. Cassie also gained her Stud Book Number.

However, it was as my foundation bitch that she excelled being dam of Sh. Ch. Cassom April Sky and Cassom Summer Sky, grand dam of Sh. Ch. Cassom Lois Lane and great grand dam of Sh. Ch. Cassom Athene. Cassie is behind all my present day cockers.

‘April’ was my first homebred show girl and also my first home bred Show Champion gaining her title at just 17months of age.

Lois is a daughter of Cassom Summer Sky (who is full sister to Sh. Ch. Cassom April Sky). She had an excellent show career from the very start, winning numerous Best Puppy awards at Championship level and becoming The Cocker Spaniel Club's "Puppy Of The Year" in 2000. She also went on to win The Cocker Spaniel Club's "Puppy Challenge" event and won N.M.E.C Cocker Spaniel Club's "Cocker Of The Year" 2000. She was Reserve Best In Show at The Cocker Spaniel Club Championship show in 2001.  Lois also proved to be an excellent Mum producing Sh. Ch. Cassom Athene.

Thene was slower to mature than her Mum but still had a successful puppy career with numerous firsts, a Best Puppy Bitch and Best Puppy In Breed at Championship level. She was also Best In Show at Yorkshire Cocker Spaniel Club Open show. She gained her 3rd Challenge Certificate in June 2007.

Thene will hopefully have a litter in 2008.

Jack is a full, younger brother to Athene. A Championship first prize winner Jack has only ever attended a handful of shows (preferring to be spoilt at home). However he has acquitted himself well, always being well-placed. His first pups look promising and hopefully will be making their debut in 2008.

'Jude' is a grandson of SH.CH. Cassom Lois Lane. He had a successful puppy career being the Cocker Spaniel Club's top winning parti-colour puppy in 2008 and continued his winning ways as a Junior and Yearling. He has become our 4th homebred cocker show champion and our first male show champion.

Jude's hipscore is 4 : 4 and he is hereditarily clear for PRA & FN. K.C./B.V.A. tested clear for G.P.R.A., C.P.R.A & Glaucoma. Jude sires blue roan, liver roan, orange roan & blue roan and tan.

'Nick' is a half brother of Hey Jude. A real extrovert and a bit of a clown! He had a good puppy career winning Best Puppy dog and Best Puppy in Breed awards at Championship level. He is now enjoying a successful show career as an adult with numerous Best in Show awards at breed club open shows and also a consistent winner at Championship level including a R.C.C. to his credit.

Nick is hereditarily clear for prcd P.R.A. and is Antagene tested clear/normal for F.N. He is also K.C./B.V.A tested clear for G.P.R.A., C.P.R.A. and Glaucoma. His hipscore is 3:5

Daisy is just starting her show career but has made an excellent start winning Best Minor Puppy and Best Puppy Bitch awards at Championship level. She looks like butter wouldn't melt but she is actually full of mischief and naughtiness! Daisy is a grand daughter of Cassom Jack Frost, a great grand daughter of SH.CH. Cassom Lois Lane and a great great grandaughter of SH.CH. Cassom April Sky.
